What was the assignment?
In the first lockdown, a question arose:
If we can’t meet anymore, can we still move each other?
What was the outcome?
During Space to Touch (the final project), both the visitors and the artists had to swallow every now and then in order not to get too emotional.
After the event the audience (50 people all on their “own” iPad) felt as if they were physically in the room with us. And the performers finally felt like they were getting real applause again.
The spontaneous collaboration, the entire network, the artists and the location: we all participated, with only one goal, to create something beautiful in a bizarre situation.
